The Talent Management & Organization Development Manager will lead, develop, and implement talent development strategies to support business objectives, drive learning & development initiatives, and ensure the organization has up-to-date processes and tools for success.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead, develop and implement the Talent Development strategies and plan to support business objectives. • Develop effective talent programs optimizing the employee life cycle. • Run a dynamic talent process including participation in talent reviews and running regular calls on vacancies and talent moves. • Be part of the global & regional team to ensure best-in-class processes and practices. • Develop and drive Learning & Development initiatives in the ASEAN Sub-region. • Direct the implementation of technology and software to support learning and track metrics for analysis.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields. • Experience in implementation of HR Development programs. • Highly skilled in interpersonal communication and familiar with multinational environment. • Initiative, creative thinking, and ability to work under pressure. • Ability to communicate effectively in English, with learning agility & digital mindset.
