AutoStore is seeking a General Manager (Expat) for a new factory in Thailand to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers’ expectations
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Implement strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic initiatives
• Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures
• Develop systems and processes to track and optimize productivity and standards
• Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of continuous improvement activities
คุณสมบัติ
• Proven work experience as a plant manager
• 5 years proven managerial experience and 10 years manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Management or related field
• English language speaking skills – high level required
• Previous experience working for an international company with management outside of Thailand preferred
