Assistant ELS Manager

The Assistant ELS Manager will lead and coordinate continuous improvement efforts and manage ELS Project Leaders for Thailand at a site or within a functional area.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed. • Build relationships with business leaders to understand business objectives and priorities. • Perform general management duties exercising usual authority concerning staff. • Act as a coach and catalyst for the sharing and implementation of best practices across all businesses. • Coordinate team efforts, create and manage a regional strategy and team operating plan. • Facilitate and support Kaizen events.
คุณสมบัติ
• 8 years + business/lean/operations experience, driving team excellence, and managing people. • Proven leadership skills (lead, motivation, process and people management skills). • Passion and commitment to Enterprise Lean Sigma. • Certified Black Belt and have an experience in improvement processes. • Successful and effective communicator.

20,000 - 40,000 THB per month
