• Response to manufacturing technical inquires in a proactive, timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with internal team to develop the products quality and serve with customer requirement.
• Lead and supervise the internal team in product testing, analysis and drives the improvement on quality related problems from time to times.
• Manage the quality activity, review and revise quality document, supervise QA technician to handle quality issue and system, provide quality control plans and lead the program to QA technician and production operator, improve inspection aid and equipment.
• Manage for product, WIP to serve the company quality
• Develop and implement of quality system and procedure to communicate and work with concern people to meet quality target. Continual improvement concept is the core concept for quality system implementation
• Non-conforming products control and disposition part in responsible area.
• Support Quality system audit and improvement.
• Carry out special assignments /projects as assigned by direct supervisor/Plant manager from time to time.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years experienced in QA field, paper/film/packaging industry is advantaged.
• Good command of English language in reading, written and communication.
• Good communication and leadership skill.
• Computer literate in basic business software.
• Knowledge of 6Sixma, Analytical and Statistical Tool is a plus.
