Quality Assurance Supervisor position at Avery Dennison Corporation in Rayong
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Response to manufacturing technical inquires in a proactive, timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with internal team to develop the products quality and serve with customer requirement.
• Drive team to follow AQL for APAC standard
• Lead and supervise the internal team in product testing, analysis and drives the improvement on quality related problems from time to times.
• Manage the quality activity, review and revise quality document, supervise QA technician to handle quality issue and system, provide quality control plans and lead the program to QA technician and production operator, improve inspection aid and equipment.
• Manage for product, WIP to serve the company quality
• Develop and implement of quality system and procedure to communicate and work with concern people to meet quality target. Continual improvement concept is the core concept for quality system implementation
• Non-conforming products control and disposition part in responsible area.
• Carry out special assignments /projects as assigned by direct supervisor/Plant manager from time to time
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5years + related experience needed. Information Technology, Engineering, or related experience preferred.
• Certified Auditor or Certified Quality Analyst preferred.
• Thoroughly knowledgeable on database administration and systems testing and auditing processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent auditing and statistical skills
• Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills.
• Excellent technical aptitude
• Strong team-building and mentoring skills.
