Coordinate and develop training programs, execute courses, and assess training courses for sales team.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Coordinate to develop training programs, execute courses, make assessment, and follow up training courses executed.
• Develop knowledge and skills of each level of sales team.
• Focus on self-improvement and team development to align with company’s policies.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in any fields.
• At least 5 years of experience as trainers in insurance business (Sales, Team management).
• At least 1 year of training course management, development planning, and assessment followed up.
