• Ensure calls are answered within committed service levels
• Address queries efficiently
• Complete requests with ease
• Resolve complaints swiftly
• Maintain call quality aligned with KTAXA's high standards - 'Fast, Clear, and With Love'
• Operate outbound call activities to build long-term relationships with customers, increase persistency & customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Preferred experience in call center of insurance business minimum 2 years
• Service mind, Flexible
• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication
