The Project Controls Coordinator position works directly with the Project Controls Analyst (PC) and Project Manager (PM) in support of the project’s financial goals and objectives.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Set up project charge codes in Costpoint for both BPTL and VPI Projects and Proposals
• Manage all project invoice requests including generating invoices, submission of invoices to customers and invoice entry into Costpoint
• Create and maintain invoice billing schedule on all capital and aftermarket projects in Costpoint
• Track and Analyze Cost: must work with available accounting and project management (Costpoint, Excel, Power BI) software tools to track actual costs compared to terms
• Update cash flow forecast for PO special conditions and due dates with input from PC
• Responsible for reviewing and opening charge codes related to Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) in Costpoint

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced computer skills, (particularly Microsoft Excel) are essential
• ERP experience a plus
• 2-5 years accounting/finance experience with increasing responsibility a plus
• Strong work ethic, works well within a team, dedicated, reliable, self-motivated and positive attitude
