Lead Counsel-Commercial position at Baker Hughes

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Providing legal support to business regarding contract negotiation, interpretation and guidance, including disputes that develop during contract execution in SEA.
• Advising functional managers regarding processes and procedures in the own field;
• Developing, improving and maintaining commercial forms, general terms & conditions and contract templates;
• Looking for opportunities to streamline the contract review.

คุณสมบัติ

• Have Bachelor's degreee in Law from an accredited university or college.
• Have been admitted to the Local Bar is preferable but not compulory.
• Have at least 3 to 5 years in-house legal experience.
