Join our Pressure Pumping team as a Reliability Engineer responsible for customer support and quality improvement.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues.
• Working with high level from the business, contracts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical and quality information.
• Leading and participating in investigation for HSE and service delivery quality issues until closure.
• Handling simple project processes, detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge, framework of conditions is set.
• Handling targeted clients, contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.
• Developing or implementing another quality process as per customer request or local requirements.

คุณสมบัติ

• Have a Bachelor background in Engineering or Technical related field.
• Have extensive relevant work experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quality Management System (QMS) for Pressure Pumping or related Oil & Gas industry.
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English & Thai.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to work independently.
• Be flexible to provide support for critical operations in the field when needed.
