Responsible for Learning of Laguna Resort & Hotels. Ensures that Laguna Resort & Hotels achieve its goals by supervising coordinating, supporting, and administrating the training.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Instills commitment to the Banyan Group experience in associates ensuring that the groups vision and mission are assimilated and the objectives of the company are met, especially in line with I AM WITH YOU Service Culture.
• Assist and facilitate Core Training Programmes and other Training Programmes conducted by other Subject-Matter Expert.
• Coach, counsel, discipline and develop subordinate associates
• Coordinating and communicating all external training planed for the calendar year to all department and ensure all training and happened according to the plan.
• Administrate and coordinating with Phuket Development Skills Department (Government) in regards to Training courses submission that is required by Thai law.
• Work together with the Banyan Academy Learning to keep a comprehensive record of all training activities and maintains the efficient administration.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development
• Strong knowledge of learning principles and training techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
