The Central Maintenance Engineer is responsible for technical issues, performance monitoring, data analysis, and maintenance scheduling to ensure customer satisfaction.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for all technical related issues, ensuring target performance and address the root cause of the asset (client) is maintained through the course of the contract
• Check performance deviations and defines the root cause and, if needed, escalates to Performance team with justification
• Coordinate EPC maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time
• Collect and evaluate statistical data related to the performance of the asset
• Constantly monitors by sms/daily dashboard, through BBP’s platforms, fault detection, energy and cost actuals vs. forecast, and measurement and verification (M&V) of energy savings post installation
• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
• Prepares and maintains the comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals
• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS
• Evaluate and provide fast resolution to field performance issues
• Visit sites to diagnose BBP operational issues and develop resolution plans
• Perform PLC/SCADA and measurement and verification (M&V) instruments maintenance monthly/quarterly
• Work closely and collaborate with the Customer Success manager to ensure Customer satisfaction. Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

คุณสมบัติ

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
• Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous
• HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment
• A willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously and independently
• Self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• High level of initiative with the ability to work under pressure and extended hours as needed to meet the deadlines
