Lead Engineer Process [Mold Stamping/Tooling] at Rayong Factory, Bankhai. Responsible for defining working parameters, choosing suppliers, sharing work instructions, realizing MQRFs, organizing molds and parts, training operators, designing molds/tools, updating factory layout, inspecting infrastructure, working with HQ and purchasing, conducting audits, calculating capacity, sharing data, ensuring working conditions, supporting production, participating in cross functional teams, and managing external suppliers.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible to define all working parameters in process which they are responsible: Mold for Plastic injection, Stamping Mold, Thermoforming process, Polyurethane, Metal processing, Stamping process. • Responsible with choosing and improving the supplier for Beko molds which produce the parts: material shortage should be preventing, AM/PM of the molds should be done according to agreed plan and packaging should be done as most cost efficient for Beko Thai Co. Ltd. • Responsible to share to Production for work instruction which are explained to startup and shut down, adjustment of the parameters for each existing model and new mold. • Realize MQRFs for new molds and share with supplier for implement new models in company under QA and R&D expectations (cost and quality level). • Organize and follow molds and parts for new molds and equipment from supplier in optimum conditions (time schedule and logistic cost) • Responsible to share with maintenance team the book of the machines that are in their process area with air and electricity necessary consumption, all electrical diagram and with backup of the PLC software. • Responsible with the scrap generated by production process for improvement mold and tooling. • Responsible to make training in the processes with their area such as thermoforming operator, PU injection, Plastic Injection, metal processing with general information and advanced details. • Mold/Die/Jig /Tooling design for new and improvement. • Must update the factory layout whenever new machines, molds are coming to factory. • Periodically inspect the infrastructure and prevent short- and long-term damages which can come from process parameters, operators, or environment. • Work with HQ equivalent functions and purchasing to apply the other group factories improvements on process or materials used. And support Purchasing to find better suppliers and develop new ones. • Realize periodical audits to mold suppliers to check the conditions and participate and approve or reject mold suppliers. • Realize monthly and weekly capacity calculations for the machines/processes that are responsible and share with all Factory Team. • Share on server all process and machines data as well as acquisition documents such as contracts and approved CAPEX forms. • Make sure the working conditions on the machines from their process area have satisfying REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) score. • Support the production with technical details whenever they are asking it. And should create very good climate to have optimal work condition and needs to help his subordinate growing. • Participate to cross functional teams for KPIs improvement such as Scrap, OEE, SMED, safety, quality. • Responsible for all external suppliers who are entering in the factory to practice services for their area of responsibility.

คุณสมบัติ

University degree in /Mechanical Engineer /Tooling Engineer/Electrical Engineer/ or Industrial Engineering. • Minimum 10 years’ experience up in white goods/Electrical/Electronic industry. • Strong experience in Mold management [Modify mold, PM Mold, Mold maintenance and Repair mold] in welding, stamping and injection process. • Strong understanding and working knowledge of the industrial equipment and manufacturing processes, Plastic Injection process, Tool machine related assembly and Improvement process management. • Ability to use PLC software for production machine, Electrical diagram and consumption, read component, assembly and equipment drawings and have an understanding of geometric dimension and tolerance. • Understanding in Maintenance process • Strong experience and skill in CNC, EDM, Milling, NX CAD, CAM design • Basic knowledge of 6-Sigma, Lean Production, OEE, cost saving project and TQM and IE concept. • Analytical thinking, dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability and good experience for management team • Excellent command of verbal and written English.
