The Senior Customer Care Support position involves managing inbound and outbound communication with customers, addressing complaints, and providing solutions and alternatives.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assistance & Manage volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints, proceed effective troubleshooting steps, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Understand and track the root causes of customer issues, complaints, and Share feedback to the related teams.
• Work with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Explain and answer customer inquiries about the company's products and services through channels (Voice call, LINE Chat , Facebook & any Social platforms).
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degrees in any field.
• Have Experian of customer social handling Able to work rotating.
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications in Thai and Good command of English.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitudes, ability to work under pressure, fast pace with high sense of ownership.
• Outstanding and exceptional customer service skills Excellent time management & interpersonal skills.
