The New Ventures Associate will be responsible for sourcing and executing investments, managing investment pipeline, conducting due diligence, and maintaining networks in the venture capital community. Additionally, they will be involved in portfolio management, driving proof-of-concept projects, managing relationships with portfolio companies, and initiating strategic partnerships.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Source and execute technical, commercial, and financial diligence on start-ups in strategic interest areas for Betagro
• Develop and manage investment pipeline, conduct start-up due diligence and determine strategic alignment with core business units
• Develop and maintain networks across the relevant venture capital community for deal flow and current industry trends
• Be key internal point of contact between portfolio startups and Betagro business units to drive proof-of-concept projects and embed startup technology and/or products
• Actively manage relationships with portfolio companies and supporting them with operational, financial and growth opportunities in Thailand and/or Southeast Asia
• Proactively initiate strategic partnership opportunities between portfolio companies and core businesses across Betagro Group

คุณสมบัติ

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or e-commerce/platform-based technology companies
• Solid understanding of fundamental business analysis
• Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and hands-on problem-solving mentality
• Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leaders
• Strong written and spoken English skills highly preferred
