• Develop and implement nutritional and formulation strategies for pet products to meet customer needs and market demands.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing and marketing team to oversee the development and implementation of new products, including packaging design and labeling.
• Manage the research and development efforts to identify and evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and health benefits for pets.
• Develop and adhere to all quality assurance protocols that ensure the production and distribution of safe, high-quality products.
• Serve as a technical expert on pet nutrition and product development, providing support and guidance to internal teams and external customers.
• Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies in product development and bring new products to market faster.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in animal science, Food Science, Veterinary, Biochemistry or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role or with product development, manufacturing processes, and marketing strategies specific in the pet industry or in a related field with a focus on product innovation.
• Strong knowledge of Pet Nutrition, Production Technology.
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Legal and regulatory requirements in the pet industry.
