หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• วางแผนและจัดทำ Business Plan ร่วมกับลูกค้า Key Account เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับร้านค้า
• วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอกลยุทธ์ในการพัฒนาและเพิ่มยอดขายในร้านค้า
• วางแผนการจัด In-Store Promotion เพื่อผลักดันยอดขายและสร้างการรับรู้ตัวสินค้า
• ผลักดันและสนับสนุนทีมขายในการทำ Perfect Store ให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
• วางแผนร่วมกับทีมขายและเป็น Lead ในการจัดงาน Fair และกิจกรรมอื่นๆที่ทำ เพื่อให้ร้านค้าสามารถเพิ่มยอดขาย และสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับตราสินค้า
• ตรวจเยี่ยมร้านค้า, PC, MC และรายงานปัญหาที่พบ พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาและแก้ปัญหาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
• ติดตามผลการจัดรายการลีนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาร้านค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ด้านบริหารธุรกิจ, การตลาด เศรษฐศาสตร๋ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงาน Trade Marketing
• สามารถใช้ Microsoft Program (Excel is a must) และมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านหลักการบัญชี ต้นทุน และ CRM
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี (เน้นทักษะการนำเสนอ)
