The Brand Marketing Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve company goals for pet food brands.

• Develop and implement marketing strategy and activity plans to achieve company goals for responsible brands in both domestic and export countries
• Lead the understanding of consumer insights and market trends with transforming to be unique brand positioning and impactful communication concepts
• Monitor, analyze, evaluate brand performance parameters against budget, and propose proper solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and successfully launch winning innovations
• Provide relevant inputs for sales forecasting to ensure forecast accuracy
• Perform other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing / Advertising or related field (Veterinarian is a plus)
• 5 years experience in brand/product management / marketing from FMCG or dynamic business
• Strategic mindset and a strong sense of the market in both typical and digital marketing
• Full command of marketing principles
• Understand online social media environment through the consumer eyes and having Pet care knowledge
