The General Manager - Doggyman Business is a key player in overseeing business operations and ensuring smooth running of the organization.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
• Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Establish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections.
• Enhance management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions and providing educational opportunities.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
