The HR Division Manager (MOU WITH UNIVERSITY) is responsible for setting policies, planning budgets, and building relationships with universities and colleges.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Set policies for the operations of the cooperative education center and bilateralism to be modernized can compete and conform to company policy.
• Designated university and target colleges in determining.
• Plan the budget for each year.
• Set strategies, plan, control, and monitor the operations of the cooperative and bilateral education center to meet the company's goals.
• Build good relationships with universities and target colleges to achieve the goal of recruiting new graduates from educational institutions.
• Lead work style and new techniques to apply in the company to make work efficient and more effective.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or other related fields.
• Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
• 5 years experience in HR Recruitment or similar roles.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
