Position for Process Improvement
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Use knowledge, skills, and expertise in Feed production process, Engineering to analyze and create Process Flow Diagram and PCA to identify bottlenecks in the animal feed production process
• Utilize technology and develop skills, knowledge, expertise in Feed production process, Engineering to contribute to the Development of Feed Plant
• Drive and support activities such as TPM, Cost Reduction, WCM, BEM, BQM, and energy conservation
• Monitor the implementation of quality standard systems such as ISO9001, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, GMP, HACPP, and others for future implementation
• Ensure safe work practices and support the efficient use of protective equipment in operations
• Supervise safety, occupational health, and environmental aspects of oneself and colleagues, providing advice, making decisions, and solving various problems while recommending ways to prevent recurrence
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management in an industrial plant
• Proficiency in Auto Cad, PLC, SCADA programs
• Skills in planning and team management, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and coordination
• Proficiency in English language (reading and writing)
• Ability to use computers and various programs such as MS Office
