Tech Product Owner responsible for the overall management of the product backlog management and maximizing product value by working cross-functionally to guide client products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business aspect.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Product Owner is responsible to create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
• Work with all relevant stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure that development team(s).
• Clarifying and prioritizing upcoming stories, and agreement of development scope for sprints.
• Work closely with product delivery teams to address queries, provide clarifications and regular feedback to ensure the best product increments are built.
• Manage relevant stakeholders and facilitate technical and functional product conversations at all company levels.
คุณสมบัติ
• At least 4 years of experience in managing application development or Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methods.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management.
• Analytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the software.
• Team management skills – possess leadership and collaborative interpersonal skills to engage and motivate team members.
