The Application Support Specialist for Power Plant Technology is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of critical systems such as CMMS, AMR, and IOC within power plant environments.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical systems, including Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Automated Meter Reading (AMR), and Intelligent Operations Centers (IOC), as well as other power plant-related systems within power plant environments.
• Implement enhancements to optimize the performance and reliability of power plant-related systems, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and facilitate system integrations with power plant infrastructure and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with ERP systems to ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization between power plant technology systems and organizational processes.
• Perform querying and reporting directly from databases to extract insights and generate reports for analysis, decision-making, and regulatory compliance.
• Support new projects, including implementation or migration initiatives, by providing technical expertise, guidance, and assistance to ensure successful deployment and integration of power plant technology systems.
• Deliver training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of power plant technology systems by end-users.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at evolving power plant technologies to meet dynamic industry needs while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

คุณสมบัติ

• Good command of English with native Thai speaking.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in application support, preferably in a power plant or industrial setting.
• Strong technical understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Automated Meter Reading (AMR), Intelligent Operations Centers (IOC), and other power plant-related systems.
• Experience with querying and reporting directly from databases.
