The Oracle NetSuite Specialist will play a key role in the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Oracle NetSuite solutions within the organization.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Work with business team and partner to Implement and customize Oracle NetSuite solutions to align with business processes and requirements.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including but not limited to Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address system-related inquiries.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify system enhancement opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships, including working with NetSuite consultants or third-party vendors for implementation, customization, and support services.
• Assist with data migration, integration, and ongoing system maintenance tasks.
• Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and functionality.
• Document system configurations, customizations, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
คุณสมบัติ
• Good command of English with native Thai speaking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle NetSuite solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of Oracle NetSuite functionalities and modules.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization and automation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• NetSuite certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer Certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
