To plan, lead and control the overall sales of lubricant products to external direct account domestic market and ensure strategic growth, sustainability and higher market share capitalization and shareholder values are achieved.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• To formulate and lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, collaborate direct sales and marketing activities with B.GRIMM Business Partner and analyze the exposure and risk mitigation in ensuring volume and margin plan & growth in implementing the plan the incumbent will work hand in hand with the team and external parties (ie: entrepreneur, other OPU, parts supplier) until the business deal is closed.
• To lead and implement Sales Strategies plan to increase market reach.
• To lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities via planning, organizing and directing own resources and other departments within B.GRIMM Business.
• To review and analyses sales performance and recommend remedial action to address any variances including Return of Investment (ROI) performance.
• To develop lubricants market intelligence and present the analysis to management for appropriate alignment& market planned activities.
• To lead the identification, assessment and development risk profile and appropriate mitigation plans activity particularly for the domestic market through close collaboration with appropriate departments e.g. Credit Control Department and Corporate Risk Management Department) and adherence to B. GRIMM risk policies as to ensure minimal exposure in managing risks and exposures related to lubricant business.
• To foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry player and service providers.
• To communicate, interpret and champion the execution of the objectives and provisions of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and Codes of Conduct and Discipline (COCD) and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programs.
• To drive the development of competent working team that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high performance delivery.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Engineering/ Chemical/or relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing (Preferably with Oil & Gas or Industrial Experience).
• Strong Entrepreneurship, Strategy Execution, and ability to work independently.
• Good command of English and fluent in Thai.
