The Application Specialist / Senior Specialist will provide technical and application support for medical diagnostics products in Bangkok.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide technical and application support of medical diagnostics and Lifescience products to customers
• Conduct product evaluations and system validations
• Write up validation and standard operating protocols, and technical reports
• Provide product application support & training to customers in assigned markets, technologies & products
• Provide product information and answer queries from customers, sales and technical service teams
• Assist the Sales and Product Team to formulate & deliver appropriate business value to potential customers during sales cycle
• Assist the Sales & Product Team on new product launches & marketing activities
• To manage and build business relationship with all customers
• Submit monthly report to Manager on application-related issues and updates

คุณสมบัติ

• Degree in Medical Technology or Biomedical Sciences or Sciences
• Min 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
• Prior experience with Molecular Technique include qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, Cell biology and Microbiology
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
• Willing to travel and outstation in Thailand
