The Sales Support (Technical Service) position involves coordinating and managing incoming requests from clients, handling service-related inquiries, scheduling engineers, and providing solutions to customers and engineers.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Coordinate and manage all incoming requests from clients with high level of interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle all incoming requests related to services from customers and inter-departments.
• Assign all the enquiries to the correct parties and provide good customer service skills by responding on the enquiry within a set time frame.
• Plan and Manage schedule for the engineers and required tools to ensure smooth process.
• Monitor closely on the job assigned to engineers, anticipate potential issues and amend schedules reasonably to ensure turnaround time is meet.
• Provide the best solutions to customers and engineers when there is a change in schedule.
• Handle stock availability for spare parts and liaise closely with Internal and External departments (Operations, Warehouse etc.) to oversee the timely arrival for the spare parts.
• Data management for routine report generation and service planning.
• Review and implement process improvements to better departmental workflow and efficiency for the improvement of quality and monitors work to ensure quality is met.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.
คุณสมบัติ
• Min Diploma or equivalent
• Good in Customer Service and Problem Solving.
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• An organized, meticulous and disciplined person with a good eye for details
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• The resume/CV must be written in English
