หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• แก้ไขปัญหาด้านการดูแลลูกค้า
• จัดการ แนะนำ และตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
• ดำเนินการเอกสาร และอื่นๆ ด้วยการโทรศัพท์ อีเมลล์ และแชท
• ประเมินความต้องการของลูกค้า ผ่านการโทรศัพท์, อีเมล, และแชท
• ตรวจสอบและประเมินการจัดการลูกค้าของพนักงาน
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากลูกค้าเพื่อระบุแนวโน้มและแนะนำการปรับปรุง
