The SMT Program Engineer/SMT Application Engineer is responsible for designing and optimizing program PnP machines, creating SMT placement programs, supporting SMT processes, creating manufacturing and validation documents, leading productivity improvement projects, and developing and optimizing processes.

• Support SMT process for Prototype, NPI and mass production
• Create manufacturing documents and product qualification & validation documents
• Lead productivity improvement project
• Develop, improve and optimize process or other statistical techniques
• Coordinate with other personnel concerning process activities

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Related Fields
• Minimum 2 years experience in SMT process with hands on SMT machines
• Experienced with BOM reviews and component packaging
• Have good professional ethics, responsibility and team spirit
• Understanding of SMT component package types
