Position as Customer Services Supervisor - Modern Trade

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Control the team, provide guidance, and be able to substitute team members in Order, Back Order, Return order tasks for Modern Trade customers to ensure delivery according to company standards and customer requirements as per Service Level Agreement
• Coordinate and support team in service and various customer case issues by analyzing root causes of problems, short-term and long-term problem solving, coordinating with different departments such as delivery, credit, to serve customers in various matters
• Control Back Orders to fulfill products according to orders and customer requirements on time
• Provide customer information and support team on sales promotion items, product prices, payment inquiries, payment deadline notifications, handling complaints, surveys, and company news
• Develop team members to effectively and efficiently serve customers

คุณสมบัติ

• Age not exceeding 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience in Order Management in Modern Trade channels for at least 5 years and holding a supervisory position for at least 2 years
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Work 6 days a week
