The Import-Export and Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing importation, exportation, customer shipments, third party contractors, and special assignments.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage Importation: Ensure documentation is completed, manage shipping broker, review tariff codes, control import process, update import regulations. • Manage Exportation: Liaise with overseas buyers, prepare loading & shipment, plan & issue packing/shipping instructions, deal with government department & shipping broker, manage export process. • Manage Customer Shipments: Ensure on-time export shipments. • Manage Third Party Contractor: Manage service level performance, review performance, annual review of fees. • Special Assignments: Support supply chain team, seek information & regulations, handle special projects.
คุณสมบัติ
• 3-5 years experience in import/export customs clearance and shipping document preparation. • Good knowledge of import/export customs regulation, international trading, tariff & customs privileges. • Strong negotiation skills. • Clear written and spoken communication in English. • Process driven, with concern for control and efficiency.
