Bosch Rexroth is seeking a talented administrator with a passion for office management, digitalization, and sustainability to join their team in Rayong, Thailand.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Dispatch incoming customer calls promptly, handle with care on-hold and properly transfer to the right contact as well as welcome internal and external visitors,• Keep office in well organization and maintain department admin processes effectively,• Update department telephone list for internal use,• Check and arrange the vehicle transportation in the most efficient way,• Assess and coordinate the performance of cleaners, security staff and drivers,• Prepare and coordinate for department meetings (e.g. calendar invitations, agendas, meeting rooms, etc.),• Keep meeting minutes, build and follow up open point lists to get it done,• Coordinate and support for internal and external events,• Plan, purchase and maintain fixed assets within approved budget,• Plan, order and track office consumables,• Support indirect purchasing by using company policy and systems,• Arrange and run billing and cheque process with customers,• Collect and dispatch documents between Bosch Rexroth and Bosch,• Assist general manager with administration of his business trips,• Flights checking with ADM & booking via WorkOn,• Hotel Booking via Bosch Hotel,• Finishing claims after business trips,• Assist general manager with business meetings: Calendar check, meeting set up …,• Taking minutes of meeting if required,• Preparing PowerPoint presentation if required,• Other business assistance assigned by manager,• Prepare documents to sign.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in related field,• Minimum of 2 years working experience,• Fluent communication and writing skill in Thai and English (German is optional),• MS office, SAP skills,• Ability to work independently and take initiative, excellent communication skills and assertion. Responsible, professional, careful and high service orientation.
