The Customer Planner (Senior Staff/Specialist I) position at BOSCH Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. involves ensuring customer requirements are met, analyzing customer fluctuations, monitoring stock levels, and improving customer satisfaction.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure that all customers requirement data were transferred to system completely - System Error checking daily
• Ensure that all customers fluctuation were catch up and analysis - Daily, Weekly and Monthly
• Ensure that all customers order have been confirm 3 days after order received
• Ensure that all FG stock level are under target 3 days
• Ensure that there are improvement activity with customers to meet customer satisfaction
• Create shipping process for new part
• Ensure that all product life cycle have been monitor
• Ensure that plan order have been released
• Ensure that demand have been transferred
• Involve in system Cost improvement project to be success at least 1 project/year
• Other assignment as assign by manager

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
At least 2 years experience in Logistics
Having planning skill
Good Communication in English
SAP, Material Flow, Microsoft office and power point
