Quality Product Audit Technician (Line Assistant) at Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Daily inspection of Pump Hosing base on Control Plan (Co-ordinate Measuring Machine, Height gauge).
• Inspection product audit Q-test of Electronic Stability Program and Anti-lock Braking Systems.
• Cleanliness of Pump Housing product check by Leica microscope by weekly.
• Handle and judgement Non-conforming part according to standard.
• Handle Measurement System Analysis activity in Electronic Stability Program and Anti-lock Braking Systems machining area.
• Investigate parts. (0-km, Internal Failure, and other failure parts)
• Prepare monthly inspection report.
• Performing maintenance 3D measurement machine according planned.
• Attend to meeting Point Continuous Improvement Process with production team. (daily meeting)
• Support measurement new project Cp, Cpk etc.
• Support new gauge register.
• Shop floor Management & General assignment.
คุณสมบัติ
• Senior High School / Vocational Certificate / High Vocational Certificate or higher.
• Worked experience 5 years in automotive management manufacturing or related fields.
• Computer skill for all MS-Office (Excel, Words, Power Point, and E-mail, etc....)
• Quality Manage System (QMS) has been trained for basic for ISO/TS 16949, IATF16949 and ISO14001
• Core Tools in QMS also trained for APQP, FMEA & Control, MSA, SPC, PPAP and VDA, CSR's.
