The Service and Application Engineer position involves providing service and after-sales support for electric drives and controls portfolio, as well as developing turn-key system solutions for various applications.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for service and after-sales support of the electric drives and controls portfolio
• Work with customer’s engineering and maintenance teams to develop turn-key system solution for various applications
• Perform technical analysis of machine and application requirements and select best suitable products/solutions
• Prepare and provide product workshops, trainings, and presentations for customers
• Able to work at Bosch Rexroth Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong, work at office 5 days and sometimes support on site for service jobs
• Able to work in high temperature, dirty or odors in environment

คุณสมบัติ

• Education: At least Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering
• Work Experience: Preferable previous working experience 3-5 years in field service position with electro-mechanical components
• Languages: Fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai
• Hardware / Software Skills: Good business communication skills, technical know-how, presentation
• Characteristics: Positive attitude and responsiveness towards customers, winning mindset and team spirit
