Order Fulfillment staff responsible for processing customer orders in Asia Pacific Countries, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales support.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Ensure proper, timely, and high-quality processing of customer orders in Asia Pacific Countries
• Act as a focal contact point for customer enquiries, ordering, shipment arrangement, and complaint handling
• Work closely with internal departments and various parties to ensure proper order processing and delivery
• Responsible for monitoring inbound shipment status from Asia Pacific customers
• Manage and follow up with carriers and freight forwarders on shipping arrangements
• Actively participate in process improvement activities and follow set procedures and policies in supply chain processes
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge in import & export shipment within Asia Pacific Region, order management, freight forwarding, and 3PL logistics
• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution is a plus
• Strong sense of job ownership, effective communication, and interpersonal skills
