The Supply Chain Management Manager will be responsible for developing systems and procedures to ensure timely customer supply, optimizing the supply chain, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop necessary system and procedure to ensure timely customer supply through supply routes, minimizing emergency deliveries. • Optimize supply chain in contest of multi sourcing, ensuring orders fulfilment and budget achievement by monitoring all sources. • Ensure that SEQ safety environment, Quality are absolutely prioritized to all operations. • Ensure compliance with all standard (Aviation, ISO Bridgestone) and regulation (import- Export) Customs in Asia Pacific region. • Lead activity to stream line logistics and warehouse management flows and processes. • Review monitor and evaluate 3PLS and forwarder performance to ensure their services level is in line with the pre -defined standard. • Seamless collaboration with Sales department to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and timely supply according to actual situation. • Staff management, motivation training & development. • Budgeting (resources planning and control). • Reporting on periodical issue according to requirements.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, or related fields. • At least 10 years experience in in supply chain management / planning / operations / logistics. • Preferable to have knowledge about BOI. • Past working experience in manufacturing or aviation field is preferred. • Strong business acumen and analytical skills. • Independent with ability to solve problems creatively and with minimal supervision. • Good attitude, strong leadership, good teamwork. • Good Management/Analytical/Standardization skill. • Good understanding of Safety/Disaster Prevention/Environment/Quality system. • Good interpersonal skill. • Problem-solving, Good communication skills. • Mentoring skill. • Expected Skill: Good command in English (TOEIC Score 600 up).
