Supports Area Human Resources level in the full spectrum of Human Resources activities across Southeast Asia offices.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Support in recruitment needs as and when needed at Southeast Asia level.
• Ensure job advertisements are placed at the right channels to attract the right talents.
• Be involved in the interview and selection process to ensure the right hire and advise Hiring Manager on any discrepancies.
• Responsible for all on-boarding processes – new hire announcement, induction, IT set-up
• Support in training needs as and when needed at Southeast Asia level.
• Advise/provide guidance to Local HR/HR Admin on training process and documentation automation, ensuring consistency and alignment.
• Administer Training Roadmap for Southeast Asia level.
• Support in all HR / Employee documentations, including but not limited to Employee Handbook, HR Policies and Procedures, consistency and professionalism.
• Ensuring strictly confidentiality on HR/Employee related matters.
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of Group HR reports in an accurate and timely-manner, providing advice to Local HR/HR Admin, ensuring consistency and alignment – Gender Diversity, Human Rights, etc.
• Administer CSR Roadmap – advocate for local communities’ activities.
• Lead and be resourceful and creative in HR projects, e.g. Employee Recognition Awards, Legrand Group wide activities, Employee Wellness Program, etc.
• Participate in HSE activities, understand the importance of HSE and how it relates to every employee’s day-to-day work activities, and ensure HR processes are included.
• Support/lead/implement HR digital tools and conduct trainings as and when needed.
คุณสมบัติ
• HR Generalist with 2 years of operational HR experience
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Proactive, resourceful, hands-on and meticulous
• Independent, mature and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Tech-savvy and well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
