ดูแลระบบคุณภาพ
1) ร่วมทีมตรวจติดตามภายในตามข้อกำหนดที่บริษัทจัดทำ โดยวางแผน นัดหมาย เข้าตรวจประเมินและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการตรวจติดตาม รวมถึงการตรวจ GMP ในทุกๆเดือน
2) จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา เช่น เอกสารสำหรับขึ้น
ทะเบียนตำรับอาหาร เอกสารสำหรับแก้ไขรายละเอียดตำรับอาหาร หนังสือมอบอำนาจ เอกสารคำร้องขอใบรับรองต่างๆ เช่น Certificate of free Sale, Certificate of Manufacturer และเอกสารแบบสอบถามจากลูกค้า เป็นต้น
3) ทวนสอบแผนภูมิกระบวนการผลิตตาม Process Flow Diagram และจัดทำรายงานการทวนสอบแผนภูมิกระบวนการผลิต จัดเตรียมเอกสาร HACCP อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
4) ลงทะเบียนรายการเอกสารคำร้องขอให้มีการแก้ไข และคำร้องขอให้เปลี่ยนแปลง ติดตามการแก้ไขและบันทึกสถานะการแก้ไข

Qualifications ปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ มีประสบการณ์การทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี มีความรู้ข้อกำหนดระบบคุณภาพต่างๆ GMP, HACCP, BRC หรือ FSSC, Halal, Kosher, Gluten free, Organic มีความรู้ด้านประกันคุณภาพ สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างดี มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสารเคมี มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการควบคุมและกำจัดสัตว์พาหะ
