The Talent Acquisition Specialist utilizes talent acquisition knowledge to provide recruitment, outreach and sourcing consultation to clients and teams that can benefit from additional focus on positions.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Partner with hiring managers to define new position requirements, ensure expectations are understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
• Create and analyze position descriptions, sourcing techniques, selection process and offer presentations for enhancement
• Execute established sourcing and recruiting plans for positions utilizing appropriate strategies to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of talent through a variety of methods including direct candidate approach, complex internet searches, social and professional networking groups, blogs, diversity resources and competitor research
• Serve as consultative advisor to Hiring Managers, Business HR and candidates, leveraging data analytics, market intelligence, and global process/ standard guidelines
• Provide a positive candidate experience and attraction through building and maintaining trusting relationships and proactively marketing the company brand
• Participate in branding initiatives and the execution of branding strategies that position the company as an employer of choice in the marketplace

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in full cycle recruitment and sourcing experience with a focus on developing diverse candidate pipelines
• Experience working with large MNC, Recruitment Agency plus having multiple scenarios of attracting top - junior levels talent for complex organizations/ business hiring
• Demonstrate recruitment marketing, employer branding development experience
• Experience in labor market analysis, market data intelligence, benchmarking leading industry practices and competitors and trend analysis and relevant reports providing for defined businesses
