This role will be responsible for delivering of the day-to-day operations of HR & Administrative matters including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Activities, PDPA and Office ManagementSupport related projects as above HR & Admin jobs.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Deliver HR & Administrative matters for ZEISS Thailand smoothly, timely, accuracy and aligned with TH Labour Law, PDPA and Company Policy.
• Liaise with service providers and related stakeholder to ensure that all services, reports, tasks for staff are accurately and timely and also aligned with TH Labour Law.
• Provide prompt advice and solutions to staff, communicate, support and ensuring best practice across local, regional, and HQ is managed.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Political Science, Phycology, Business Administration or any related fields
• A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee branding, training & development, employee engagement, employee relations or related in HR.
• Experience in general administrative or related
• Good knowledge on HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Knowledge of and ability to a PDPA knowledge is a plus
• Service Mind, Positive Thinking and Open Minded
• High-level planning, time management and execution abilities
• A strong team-focused, able to work in a team environment with collaborative mindset
• Good communication in English skills both written and verbal with people of all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
• Proactive and reliable personality
