This is an individual contributor position, responsible for performing SOX testing and coordinating internal controls activities and compliance with government rules and regulations, and internal policies and procedures.

• Coordinating internal controls activities and compliance to government rules and regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Develop an expanded understanding of Caterpillar’s business and accounting practices, systems and procedures;
• Validate adherence to policies and procedures
• Provide training to facility personnel and leadership as it relates to internal controls

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of Accounting.
• Experience in administrator internal controls, SOX or internal/External Audit will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Good command communication in English and computer skills
