The Capacity engineer is responsible for monitoring the site capacity for both front-end, back-end, assembly and testing processes.

• Monitor production site capacity. These includes, on a monthly basis: • Coordinate with the cross functional teams to collect needed information for the calculation, such as : - Cycle time / machine time simulation for SMT - OEE - Factory calendar - Machine list - Project list - Volumes • Ensure the validity of the data with the responsible person and department. • Develop and sustain the calculation file. • Actively participate in the development of the database. • Define the need for new industrial projects: - Coordinate with the Costing team, Production team and Customer Focus Team to ensure that all new industrial projects are taken into consideration into the calculation file. - Confirm the capacity needed for new industrial projects and escalate in case of additional needs. - Support the team on elaboration of the Industrial Plan for new projects. - Support customers on the capacity study requests. • Work with the IE team on the site industrial strategy: - Provide the industrial needs to the Layout team upon request - Define the capacity planning over: - Month until December - 1 year = AOP - Years = Strategy plan

• Bachelor degree or higher • Min. 3 years’ experience for industrial engineer works • Good communication for English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) • Highly skilled for spreadsheet software • Capacity Engineer, Production Planner, Logistic Planner
