The HR Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies to support business goals and objectives.

• Develop Thailand's Learning & Development strategy to support business goals and objectives.
• Participate in global teams to develop core development programs.
• Work with the L&D team, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to identify and design training material.
• Deliver training directly, train internal trainers, hire trainers, or select suppliers to deliver courses.
• Develop and deliver training to a multinational Management team.
• Direct the activities of sites in implementing an analysis process to address business needs and gaps.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least two years in a managerial role.
• Working experience in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) sector.
• Experience in a multinational company or a large entity with a minimum of 1000 employees.
• Strong knowledge of Learning and Development best practices, trends, and the latest technology.
