Seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Lead for a new building project value 2 billion baht.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead the interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate design efforts and ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage the setup of new manufacturing facilities, overseeing the interior design aspects to optimize functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitoring materials, furnishings, and finishes, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on project leadership and management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects from conception to completion, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
