The Mechanical & Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating M&E works on site.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Plan and supervise the M&E works such as installation of lighting, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire fighting, PA, security, IT base build system, and etc.
• Co-ordinate the MEP works with others on going site works
• Supervise contractors to complete MEP works within the given budget, timeline, and specifications.
• Advise and resolve on problems determination and solutions of MEP nature.
• Interface with the others building professionals on MEP matters.
• Co-ordinate with utilities equipment suppliers to determine equipment sitting position and installation according layout plan
• Monitor site progress and compile reports in project status.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical engineering
• Proven working experience in MEP engineering within 5 - 7 years experiences.
• Strong communication in English and Thai and interpersonal skills
• Project management and supervision skills
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, design, erosion control and regulatory approvals and etc
