The Process Engineer - Backend/Assembly in Savannakhet, Laos will be responsible for developing and optimizing assembly processes, collaborating with teams to improve productivity, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

• Develop and optimize assembly process for the manufacturing of products.
• Design and implement assembly line layout, fixture and tooling to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to improve the productivity.
• Conduct the feasibility studies and cost analysis for new assembly processes or equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement the solution to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Define and document assembly procedure, work instruction and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot assembly-related issues.
• Communicate with customer regarding the product specification and requirement.
• Provide the training and support to production.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles in assembly operations.

• Degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Min. 4 years of working experience of manufacturing process engineering in electronics industry.
• Knowledge in Manufacturing System, Process Improvement.
• Leadership and good attitude.
• Good command of English.
