ตำแหน่ง M&E Designer - ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายสรรหาพื้นที่ / แบรนด์ / Designer / ศูนย์การค้าฯ และติดตามข้อมูลงานระบบ
• ดำเนินการออกแบบงานวิศวกรรมระบบสำหรับสาขาเปิดใหม่ และสาขาที่ปรับปรุง
• เขียนแบบงานระบบไฟฟ้า สื่อสาร ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบายอากาศ และระบบดับเพลิง
• ช่วย Support งานและวางแผนการจัดอบรมการประหยัดพลังงานให้กับแบรนด์ และสาขา
• ตรวจสอบ และดูแลการใช้งาน พลังงานที่สิ้นเปลือง
• ประสานงานด้านงานประหยัดพลังงาน

คุณสมบัติ

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2-5 ปีด้านงานออกแบบระบบ M&E
• มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบระบบในร้านอาหาร หรือ ศูนย์การค้า
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD ได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) ได้
• มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
