The ideal candidate must be proactive with both a commercial and customer-centric mindset to generate awareness and drive sales for Central App.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Optimize and support the execution of campaign strategies and mechanics, that are aligned with the interests of Central App and our partners.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including coupon usage, featured brand performance and the effectiveness of mechanics to achieve the AOV and sales target.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as marketing communication, merchandisers, and storewide teams to identify the needs of each campaign and ensure effective translation and implementation online.
• Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales.
• Initiate and ensure the successful implementation of O2O initiatives, to achieve the customer growth target.
• QA and provide feedback on the copy and visuals used for communication, to ensure consistency and alignment with Central Online objectives/direction as well as the omnichannel direction.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, data analysis or digital communication
• 2-4 years of work experience in campaign management, or similar roles in an e-commerce company
• Solid analytical skills, with experience using Excel, Data Studio and Power BI
• Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Ability to manage and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders.
