The Live Streaming Producer at Ripples Commerce in Silom is responsible for conducting and monitoring live streaming sessions on marketplace and social commerce platforms.

• Conduct and monitor live streaming session on marketplace and social commerce platform, 2-3 hours per session, minimum of 2 sessions per day
• Create live streaming content in order to promote featured products, campaign and promotion for both customer engagement and sale conversion
• Be able to operate and monitor live session through platform seller centre, such as pin basket, create and distribute interactive voucher and promotional price adjustment during live session
• Provide adequate product information and be able to advice or recommend live audiences according to their concerns or questions
• Promptly respond to live audience and customer inquiry through chat feature on marketplace and social commerce platform
• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions with best ability
• Engage and respond to customer’s review on all platforms with appropriate set of reply
• Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
